About Clare, Midlothian kitchen and bath designer, kitchen cabinet dealer

Growing up in Central Florida, Clare began working in the housing industry in 1986 with her father, an architect and builder of custom homes.  He taught her to revere the art of design for human flourishing while instilling a strong, entrepreneurial work ethic of service to others.  

Since 2015, Clare has worked in kitchen and bath design in Virginia, serving as Programs Chair for the National Kitchen and Bath Association Virginia Chapter from 2020-2021. With a network of support from fellow industry pros, her team launched Designs By Clare, Inc. in 2019.

Clare is also a practicing E-RYT yoga instructor and practitioner of meditation. She incorporates wellness, balance and simplicity into every day of life, and into every design. 

She lives in Midlothian with her partner and Portuguese Water Dog, Major Tom. She has two amazing, grown children, attending to careers and study in variations of design for themselves. Clare looks forward to dedicating time to helping you Flourish By Design!
